We are looking for a UX Researcher to join our global UX team and help shape the future of our products.
You will collaborate closely with team members across our London, San Francisco, and New York locations. As part of our Global Product and Technology organization, you’ll play a key role in delivering critical insights that support product innovation and strategic business goals.
Your primary responsibility will be to uncover deep insights about our users and communicate these effectively through compelling storytelling that builds empathy and inspires action. You’ll partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure that research findings lead to real change—running workshops, generating artifacts, and embedding research into the product development process.
Your Impact
* Collaborate with designers and product managers to determine research objectives.
* Prepare research plans, define metrics and outcomes, and execute user studies.
* Recruit and schedule participant sessions, managing incentives and logistics.
* Conduct research using methods such as moderated interviews, usability testing, card sorting, workshops, and surveys.
* Use storytelling and creative delivery formats to share findings and help teams prioritise design decisions and product requirements.
* Analyse data from diverse sources such as usage analytics, customer satisfaction surveys, and support tickets to generate insights.
* Create compelling outputs such as task flows, personas, journey maps, and research reports.
Your Skills
* Strong background leading UX research projects from inception to delivery, using both generative and evaluative methods.
* Passion for analysing qualitative and quantitative data to uncover insights and drive impactful decisions.
* Skilled in usability testing, interviews, journey mapping, persona development, and survey creation.
* Ability to deliver both tactical and strategic recommendations using creative and engaging communication formats.
* Highly organised, analytical, and methodical—committed to improving quality through user research.
* Strong communicator and collaborator, able to present findings persuasively and build alignment across teams.
Nice To Have
* Background in Human‑Computer Interaction, Cognitive Psychology, or a related social science discipline.
* Experience in B2B or SaaS environments, especially on complex product initiatives.
* Exposure to Artificial Intelligence applications or research.
* Familiarity with enterprise SaaS, financial systems, or planning software.
* Willingness to travel within the UK and occasionally abroad.
