About the Opportunity
We’re looking for an energetic Showroom Sales Coordinator to be the face of our Laverton equipment showroom and drive sales across walk‑in, dealer and online channels. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll support customers in person, across digital channels, and through proactive outreach – all while keeping our showroom running smoothly.
In this role, you will
* Manage the daily operations and customer experience of our Laverton showroom
* Assist walk‑in customers, process payments and provide product guidance
* Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and online channels
* Support website sales and fulfilment activity
* Make outbound calls to nurture leads and strengthen dealer relationships
What You’ll Need to Succeed
* 2+ years’ experience in sales, showroom support or customer‑facing roles (hospitality equipment knowledge strongly advantageous but not essential)
* Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
* Confidence with both inbound and outbound sales activity
* Ability to prioritise, follow up and work independently
* Tech‑savvy – Salesforce or CRM experience a bonus
