As an IT Configuration Technician Apprentice, your main roles and responsibilities will include:
* Collaborating with the Technical Services Coordinator to configure and test equipment, ensuring software is installed correctly before delivery to the customer’s premises
* Assisting the Warehouse team with identification and verification of products
* Carrying out site builds by connecting to the client’s server
* Performing quality control and system checks
* Evaluating hardware for functionality
* Performing any other reasonable ad-hoc duties
