Client Relationship Manager Desirables
You’re a results‑driven, relationship‑focused professional who takes ownership and thrives in a target‑led SaaS environment. You’re comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and are committed to continuous learning and development.
Experience & Skills
* Proven success growing B2B accounts or hitting sales targets
* Experience with SaaS, e-learning, or digital learning solutions
* Strong consultative, value‑based selling approach
* Confident managing the full account lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal and expansion
* Highly organised, customer‑focused, and proficient with CRM systems
What You’ll Be Doing As A Client Relationship Manager
* Own and grow relationships with key stakeholders across L&D, HR, Operations, IT, and Procurement
* Lead consultative conversations to uncover learning challenges and position high‑impact e‑learning solutions
* Drive account expansion, upsell, and renewals across an established customer base
