About the Role
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teaching Assistants to join our team and support schools across Manchester on a supply basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking for flexible work in a variety of primary school settings, including EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2.

Responsibilities

Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities

Working with small groups or 1:1 with pupils who may need additional support
*
Helping to create a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment
*
Assisting with classroom management and general administrative tasks
*
Promoting good behaviour and supporting pupils’ social and emotional development
Requirements
*
Experience working with children in a school or educational setting (essential)
*
A genuine passion for working with primary-aged children
*
Ability to adapt to different schools, year groups, and classroom environments
*
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply for one)
*
Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant Certificate) are desirable but not essential
