A leading global technology company is seeking an experienced Commercial Counsel / Commercial Solicitor with IP Licensing experience to support their search and maps products.
This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level counsel with strong commercial contracting, intellectual property licensing, and technology law experience.
This is a 40-hour per week, fully remote role. It is 8-months.
What You’ll Do
* Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts with third-parties based in EMEA.
* Support multi-jurisdictional transactions
* IP licensing for the company's search and maps products
* Marketing and promotion agreements
What We’re Looking For
* Law license, with ability to practice in the UK
* 5+ years of relevant legal experience
* Experience in a technology company

* Hours: 40 per week (part-time)

* Rate: $100 per hour USD / 73 per hour GBP
