Job Description
Service Care Solutions is working in partnership with an employee focused local authority, based in Northamptonshire, which needs a Childcare Lawyer to join their legal team. The role is available on a full-time or part-time basis, offering a strong work-life balance while handling meaningful public law childcare matters.
Umbrella Rate: £55 - £60ph
Location: Northamptonshire
Contract Length: 3 months ongoing (29.6 to 37 hours per week)
Key Responsibilities
* Manage your own caseload of public law childcare matters from start to finish, advising social services and representing the Local Authority in court.
* Drafting legal documentation including applications, statements, and care plans.
* Conducting your own advocacy at hearings (minimum two court attendances per week).
