About the Role As Education Partnerships Manager, youll work closely with schools to introduce innovative programmes that inspire, challenge, and support student growth. You'll be the vital link between educational leaders and life-changing opportunitiesbuilding trusted partnerships and delivering tailored solutions that meet each schools unique needs.
This is a field-based position, so youll need to be confident working independently, managing your own schedule, and travelling regularly to schools across the UK.

They deliver impactful student development programmes and global learning experiences designed to build confidence, broaden horizons, and empower the next generation. The team is small, dynamic, and passionate about giving every young person the tools to thrive beyond the classroom.
Working Hours Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Weekly team lunches
Field-based with regular school visits nationwide
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle required
Key Responsibilities Promote and present the organisations educational programmes to schools and academic leaders
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders
Develop tailored outreach strategies aligned to each schools priorities
Monitor and report on performance, adjusting approaches as needed
Represent the organisation at school events, conferences, and networking opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of programmes
What Were Looking For At least 5 years experience in sales or business development, ideally within education
A solid understanding of both the sales process and the education landscape
Passion for empowering young people and promoting personal development
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently
A positive, people-focused approach with a collaborative mindset
