Design and Technology Teacher – Full Time, Outer London, September 2025 Start TLR available for leadership responsibility We’re working with a well-established, high-performing secondary school in the Hillingdon area to appoint a full-time Design and Technology teacher from September 2025. This is a permanent post with the potential for additional responsibility, depending on experience. The Design and Technology department is a vibrant, forward-thinking team with a clear vision for creative, hands-on learning. The department offers Product Design and Graphics at Key Stage 4, with Key Stage 3 teaching across a range of materials and processes including CAD/CAM, resistant materials, and textiles. Facilities include purpose-built workshops, laser cutting and 3D printing equipment, and a dedicated technician team. There is excellent take-up at GCSE, and senior leaders are committed to further investing in the subject. This post would suit either an experienced teacher ready for the next step or a confident ECT looking to join a supportive and inspiring department. A TLR is available for candidates with curriculum leadership experience in an area such as KS3 coordination, assessment, or a specialist material area.
