Base Pay Range and Working Hours
Location: Iffley Residential and Nursing Home, Anne Greenwood Close, Iffley, Oxford, Oxfordshire, OX4 4DN
Salarial Range: £80,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week

Role Overview
As a Home Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of Iffley Residential and Nursing Home, leading a team of Care professionals and, with a passion and commitment for delivering the highest standards of care to our residents. You will form strong relationships with staff, residents and their families, and your presence in the home will be pivotal to its success.
Responsibilities
* Work together as a team to enrich our residents’ lives – support colleagues and have fun in the process.
* Provide the highest quality of personalised care to residents in line with their individual care plans.
* Coordinate leisure and social activities.
* Be kind and supportive to residents, their families and colleagues to ensure a great working environment.
Qualifications and Experience
* Previous experience in a nursing setting.
* Strong operational management experience.
* Valid NMC Pin.
* Current driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
