The successful candidate will have following experience
* A strong understanding of land freight operations and customer service excellence.
* Proficiency in using IT systems, especially Schenker systems and MS Office.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills, with an attention to detail.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive approach to achieving departmental and company goals.
* A commitment to compliance with legal and company standards.
Responsibilities
* Understand customer requirements and ensure the delivery of first-class customer service.
* Plan, arrange, monitor, and control all elements of customers’ requirements including shunts between depots
* Operate in house IT Systems MS Office, and other associated tools effectively.
* Understand and adhere to the company’s Quality Policy and Objectives, maintaining KPIs throughout your work.
* Produce accurate pricing and rates in consultation with the Department Manager.
* Ensure timely and accurate generation of sales invoicing and processing of purchase invoices, both in paper and electronic form.
* Respond promptly to general inquiries and queries, escalating as necessary for resolution.
