Legal Secretary - Corporate
Contract: 12 month FTC
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:30-17:30
Hybrid working: Hybrid working (3/2)
Location: West End (London)

Are you an experienced Legal Secretary with an interest in Corporate law, looking for a 12month fixed-term opportunity within a supportive and fast-paced team? This is a fantastic role for someone who enjoys being closely involved in case work, supporting others and playing a key part in the smooth running of a busy corporate practice.
Were partnering with a highly regarded firm seeking a proactive and organised Legal Secretary to support Senior Associates, Associates and Trainees within their Corporate team.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing comprehensive secretarial support across the Corporate team
Assisting with case work, document production and amendments
Managing diaries, meetings and internal coordination
Supporting, mentoring and assisting Trainees where required
Handling billing, expenses and file management
Working proactively to support the wider team in a fast-paced environment
What were looking for:
Proven Legal Secretarial experience, ideally within Corporate
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines
