We are looking for a Social Media Manager to lead the social strategy and execution across our key portfolio brands, Dr Moritz, Baebody, and Venus Visage, spanning supplements, healthcare, and beauty.
This role will own social strategy, content, and community engagement, working closely with commercial, brand marketing, creative, and influencer teams. You will use your strong understanding of social trends, content performance, and analytics to grow brand awareness, engagement, and digital presence.
This is a high-impact opportunity to shape and scale social and influencer activity across fast-growing brands, with real ownership and the ability to define the direction from the ground up.
Key responsibilities
* Lead and develop social media strategy across all platforms, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube for social content and campaigns, aligned with the brand strategy and wider marketing objectives.
* Define the roadmap for growth, across new platforms relevant to the brand and their audience.
* Develop and manage the social content calendar including ideation, creating sourcing and scheduling content.
Content Creation & Scheduling:
* Create and curate engaging social content including captions, visuals, video, including developing captions, editing or self-shooting content if needed, and collaborating with creative teams, content creators and brand marketing as needed.
* Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone and visual identity across social platforms.
* Nurture and build a roster of content creators best suited to creating compelling social content.
Analytics & Reporting:
* Track and analyse marketing data and performance to optimise content and inform social strategy.
* Monitor latest social media trends, platform changes and best practices.
* Keep abreast of trends and cultural moments to ensure the brand stays relevant and resonant.
* Partner with the Influencer & Advocacy Marketing Manager to effectively integrate influencer partnerships and collaborator content into the social calendar and channels.
* Partner with brand marketing, NPD team and commercial teams to ensure social media aligns with ongoing campaigns and wider marketing/business objectives.
Requirements:
* 3-5 years’ experience in social media marketing.
* Passion for beauty and skincare, social media trends, content creation and exceptional storytelling ability, with a keen eye for creativity and aesthetics.
* Proven experience leading and executing social media content across various channels.
* Deep understanding of SEO, social media algorithms and exceptional copywriting, editing skills with an eye for aesthetic.
* Experience with graphic design or video editing is desirable.
* Comfortable with creating content and being in content if needed.
* Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
* Experience in managing social channels in US / North America markets is desirable.
