Order Fulfilment Coordinator

The Company:
A market leading company with international operations
Main duties:
To process orders efficiently from receipt of the order to its delivery.
The role:
- Handling sales orders and any necessary paperwork
- Ensuring that customers receive the correct prices, and good delivered to the correct address
- Liaising with the Warehouse team and Purchasing team in regards to stock
- Ensuring best shipment methods for the best value by discussing with freight couriers
- Keep customers updated throughout by providing tracking numbers, invoices etc.
The candidate:
- Fluent in a European language (written and spoken)
- Previous admin experience
- Good telephone manner and communication skills
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
- IT literate
