Team IntroReal Estate & Facilities (RE&F) is a core pillar within Corporate Services, responsible for shaping the spaces and environments where our employees work, collaborate, and grow. As an in-house team, we manage the full lifecycle of workplace strategy, real estate planning, and facilities operations, delivering end-to-end solutions that support the company’s expansion and long-term sustainability worldwide. Responsibilities - Maintain and manage facilities operations data, including maintenance records, utilities, office data, and vendor performance metrics. - Develop and maintain trackers, dashboards, and documentation to support reporting, operational transparency, and audit readiness. - Produce regular KPI and performance reports, identifying trends, performance gaps, and potential operational risks. - Support budget administration by monitoring Facilities management spend, tracking invoices, purchase orders, accruals, and vendor payments. - Assist with financial reporting, including variance analysis, cost tracking, and identification of potential cost efficiencies. - Support day-to-day facilities management operations, including service coordination, issue tracking, maintenance activities, relocations, and workplace initiatives. - Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure service delivery, monitor SLA performance, and maintain compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
Minimum Qualifications - Minimum one year of experience in Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, Workplace Operations, or a related administrative role. - Experience supporting budget tracking and operational data reporting. - Strong organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field. - Experience using CAFM systems, financial tracking tools, or reporting dashboards. - Exposure to vendor coordination or basic project support within facilities or workplace operations. - Willingness to travel occasionally, if required.
