About the Role
We are looking for a compassionate and proactive Registered Manager/RMN to help shape and lead our brand-new department that supports clients with complex Learning Disabilities, Autism, and associated Mental Health conditions to return to the community from secure units.
This is a Head Office and community-based management role, working in partnership with other qualified professionals to meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Overall management of HCD Genesis Regional Nurses and Care Leads.
* Support the day-to-day management in meeting KPI targets.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
* Lead Special Measures meetings.
* Provide support to the Head Office teams and HCD Genesis nurses regarding safeguarding issues and ensure correct procedures are followed.
* Liaise with the Training Manager to meet staff training needs.
* Manage complaints relating to HCD Genesis employees.
* Promote the rights of each client and ensure their wishes are central to their support.
* Participate in the growth and development of the service.
* Promote excellent customer service throughout the workplace, ensuring communication processes meet client expectations.
* Raise concerns with the Clinical Operations Director.
* Ensure notifications are submitted to the Care Quality Commission as required.
* Support specific projects and tasks allocated by the Company Director.
