THE ROLE
─────────────────────────────────────
You’ll work on live client engagements across multiple sectors, including infrastructure and major project portfolios. This is a hands-on, client-facing role with real responsibility from the outset.
Your day-to-day will include:
▸ Risk identification, assessment, and monitoring across project portfolios ▸ Maintaining risk registers and producing high-quality management information ▸ Facilitating risk workshops with project teams and stakeholders ▸ Contributing to quantitative risk modelling and analysis ▸ Preparing clear, accurate risk reports for client and internal audiences ▸ Collaborating with the wider team on complex, multi-workstream engagements

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

* Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (e.g., Risk Management, Business, Engineering, Project Management)
* Basic understanding of risk management principles and project lifecycles
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Confident user of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
* Proactive, organised, and committed to developing your professional expertise
* Analytical and critical thinker
* Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills
* Positive, proactive attitude with a desire to learn
* Team player with a collaborative approach
* Willingness to travel and adapt to client needs
It would be desirable for you to possess:
* Knowledge of risk management frameworks (e.g., ISO 9001 QMS, 31000 Managing risks, MoR)
* Familiarity with quantitative risk analysis tools (e.g. @Risk, ARM, Safran, AMP)
* Experience or interest in working in high-assurance environments
