Role Overview
* Location: Fully remote (quarterly visit to the Grantham office at most — nearby preferred but not essential)
* Industry: Software / Technology
What You’ll Be Doing
* Working closely with developers, testers, and other stakeholders across the business
* Taking an active role in team discussions, offering ideas, and constructively challenging decisions
* Getting involved in testing activities — from writing and reviewing tests to collaborating with QA
* Owning quality throughout the development lifecycle, not just the code itself
* Helping improve team processes, communication, and overall delivery standards
Main Skills Needed
* Commercial experience as a .NET Developer
* Experience working in cross-functional teams (development, testing, QA, product)
* Confident communication skills and a willingness to speak up
* A collaborative mindset — comfortable working openly with others
* Some hands-on exposure to testing, either manual or automated
