The Opportunity:We are seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join a growing organisation on an interim basis, providing hands-on financial insight and business support. This is a key role offering exposure to strategic decision-making and the opportunity to help shape the finance function.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with business leaders to deliver financial planning, reporting, and analysis
* Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
* Provide insight on cost control and operational efficiency
* Contribute to strategic initiatives and business improvement projects
What We're Looking For:
* Qualified accountant preferred (ACA/ACCA/CIMA), but QBE candidates will also be considered
* Experience in facilities management or related sector is highly desirable
* Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* Comfortable working independently and delivering under tight deadlines
