What you'll be doing:

* Support and develop management accountants, building financial and commercial awareness.
* Proactively identify risks and opportunities, contributing to budgets, forecasts, and long-term planning.
* Play a key role in year-end processes, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
What we're looking for:
* Fully qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ACA/CCAB) with experience in a similar role.
* Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence at all levels.
* Experience in a multi-site or "chain" business environment is desirable.
* A proactive mindset with a passion for improving processes and driving efficiency.
