Cybersecurity GTM practice.
As Team Lead, you'll inherit and manage a team of 3 experienced consultants, while also driving your own billing performance in a candidate led, high trust environment. You’ll work with some of the world’s most disruptive technology vendors and early-stage scale-ups to place commercial leaders – from Heads of Sales and Marketing to CROs, COOs and VPs of Strategy.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading and coaching a team of 3 consultants (with scope to expand)
* Delivering retained and exclusive leadership searches in the GTM Cyber domain
* Building client relationships and helping shape commercial growth strategy
* Collaborating with a research team to ensure consistent delivery on complex mandates
What They’re Looking For
* Strong billing experience in Cybersecurity Go-To-Market
* Proven 360 success and ability to lead by example
* Management experience not essential but highly desirable
* A strategic mindset with maturity, commercial instinct, and low-ego attitude
