Business Development Manager – Private Fertility Clinic
Location: Borehamwood, Hertfordshire
Salary: £40,000–£45,000 (DOE, healthcare background essential) + Performance-related bonus (based on IVF cycle numbers)
Hours: 40 hours per week (8.30/9am–5.30pm, rota basis, with occasional Saturday mornings – time off in lieu)
Contract: Permanent
Start date: ASAP
Holiday: 23 days + bank holidays (with potential salary review after probation)
Probation: 6 months

About the Clinic:
Our client is a leading private fertility clinic in Borehamwood, renowned for high-quality patient care and strong success rates. With experienced clinical staff on site, they pride themselves on a supportive, patient-first ethos and are now seeking a Business Development Manager to help drive growth and visibility.
The Role:
This is a key position responsible for developing and delivering business growth strategies for the clinic. You will focus on:
* Driving business development and securing new B2B contracts
* Leading healthcare marketing, PR, and digital media initiatives
* Engaging with embassies and key external stakeholders to build relationships
* Overseeing and motivating clinic staff to achieve KPIs
* Promoting the clinic’s services and reputation across the private healthcare sector
Requirements:
* Proven track record in business development within healthcare (private healthcare or fertility experience is highly advantageous)
* Strong experience in healthcare marketing, PR, and digital media
* Previous exposure to embassy relations would be a distinct advantage
* Commercially driven with demonstrable success in winning contracts
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Car driver (due to location and client site visits)
* Eligible to work in the UK
