Keeping plant downtime to a minimum through smart preventative maintenance.
Tackling electrical faults with speed, accuracy, and confidence.
Suggesting and delivering improvements that make the site more efficient.
Ensuring safety and compliance at every step.
Collaborating with operations and maintenance teams to get the job done right.What We're Looking For
Electrical qualifications (time-served apprenticeship ideal).
Sharp problem-solving and fault-finding skills.
Experience with PLC and inverter drives, safety circuits, motor control systems (bonus points if you've worked on heavy plant such as screeners, shredders, or conveyors).
A can-do attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to get stuck in.Mechanical experience? That's a bonus - but if you've got the electrical side nailed, we want to hear from you.
