Base pay range

Account Manager

Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum

Hours: Full-time, Permanent (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm)

Are you a detail-driven Account Manager with a knack for building lasting client relationships and keeping projects on track?

An established manufacturing business in South Leicestershire is looking for a skilled Account Manager to join the team and take ownership of key customer accounts.

The Role

You’ll be the primary point of contact for your accounts, ensuring orders are delivered on time, budgets are managed effectively, and customer expectations are exceeded. From managing the critical pathway to cost forecasting, you’ll play a vital role in keeping operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, acting as their go-to contact.
* Oversee the critical pathway to ensure deadlines and milestones are met.
* Monitor and forecast costs to ensure projects remain within budget.
* Use spreadsheets and analytical tools to track orders, sales forecasts, and performance metrics.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.

About You:

* Proven experience as an Account Manager, ideally within manufacturing or a similar environment.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create actionable insights.
* Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet tools.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Confident communicator who can build trust with clients and colleagues alike.
* Experience within the luxury goods or packaging manufacturing industry is highly desirable.
