You'll be responsible for ensuring that the domestic standards of the school meet expectations of both the client and Sodexo and work within the framework of the Service Level Agreement and cleaning schedules, explained and trained out by management. Spring clean your career with Sodexo!What you'll do:Take reasonable steps to minimise loss or damage to property, staff and pupils.Work with and oversee the cleaning staff to maintain standards in the school using the Service Level AgreementsAssist in logistical support for the building including getting the school operationally ready for performances, assemblies, conferences, and meetings within the school and allocated buildings.Replenish cleaning material and equipment stock, ensuring cleaning cupboards are kept in a neat, clean order.Conduct monthly stock check of all chemicals and cleaning equipment when requiredWork in a flexible way to ensure that all areas are staffed ensuring that the customers in the school experience the best customer service from the domestic department.Maintain open communication with the site Manager and ensure expectations are met in the day-to-day operationAttend School and Sodexo meetings as required.Attend training courses as identifiedComply with all School policies and statutory regulations relating to Health & Safety, safe working practices, hygiene, cleanliness, fire and COSHH.
