Are you a customer-focused individual with a flair for sales and relationship building? We’re looking for a proactive Internal Sales Executive to be the vital link between our valued customers and our branch, delivering outstanding service and driving business growth.

What’s the role about?
As our Internal Sales Executive, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customer base managing enquiries, building relationships, and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression. You’ll play a key role in developing existing accounts and generating new business that contributes to the success and profitability of the branch.
Working closely with our external sales team, warehouse staff, and credit control, you’ll:
Process and manage orders via our system
Maintain accurate sales records
Ensure product availability and delivery expectations are communicated clearly
Build and strengthen key customer relationships to enhance retention and loyalty

What we’re looking for:
We’re after someone who’s confident, organised, and a great communicator. Ideally, you’ll have:
Proven experience in a sales-driven or customer-facing role
Strong relationship-building skills
A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service
IT literacy and familiarity with CRM systems
Knowledge of construction products is desirable, but not essential we’ll support you to learn
