We are looking for a Customer Aftercare Advisor to join our team in the North East region, based in Newcastle.
This role will involve coordinating the daily workloads and priorities of the Customer Aftercare Technicians and support the wider Customer Aftercare Team in the day to day handling, reporting and resolution of customer aftercare queries.
We are looking for someone with experience of working in a customer service environment, high standard of telephone and written communication and, experience of interpreting and analysing data.
