We are seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our friendly, award-winning team as an Assistant Manager.


About The Role

Your focus as Assistant Manager will be to deliver service excellence at all times in compliance with The Hawthorns’ brand standards and to encourage our team to maintain operational consistency throughout.


Other Responsibilities Will Include

* Providing a warm welcome to every guest and visitor, acting as host and the face of The Hawthorns.
* Organising your team efficiently, ensuring all roles are performed to the best of their abilities.
* Maximising sales and marketing opportunities.
* Liaising regularly with the Head chef and providing guidance and training to team members to ensure the best possible service during every meal service.


About You

To be successful, you will embody our values of caring, supportiveness, honesty, respect, and accountability in all that you do.


Our Ideal Candidate Must

* Have a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in hospitality and guest services.
* Possess experience at supervisor or management level.
* Be able to work under pressure and have strong organisational skills.
* Have excellent communication skills.
