Senior Care Assistant Position

· To help ensure that all junior staff, contribute to the best of their ability to the efficient running of the home, the creation of the right atmosphere.
· Assist residents in their care needs and help to provide health supervision and attention through direct care when needed.
· Formulate Risk Assessments and Social and Health Care Plans for new and existing residents.
· Medication administration and maintain records
· Support the Care Manager in all duties

About Bablake House
We provide care and support for up to 45 very vulnerable older people who need support. We work in partnership with some our Local Authorities & CCGs.
With a team of dedicated and highly skilled Care Staff, we enable those we support to continue living independently in their home at Bablake House.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.50-£14.00 per hour
