As Group Quality, Safey and Environment Director, you'll bring your skills and principles to the provision of capacity and capability to our business as a key member of the Group Leadership Team.
You'll be seeking a role where you're given the opportunity to own and develop strategies that drive the business forward through inspirational leadership and technical expertise.
An expertise that will see you influencing at all levels across the group, working with a strong team of professionals in food safety, people safety, product quality, environmental management, and corporate risk management.
As our next Group QSE Director, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring the legality, safety, and quality of all products manufactured and sold by the Group, whilst ensuring we continually meet the needs of our customers, colleagues and planet.
The Key Requirements...
1. A detailed understanding of food safety and compliance requirements for UK/EU food production
2. The ability to motivate and inspire teams to maximise performance and delivery
3. Demonstrable success in leadership and influence at all levels
