Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role at our St Ives location. The selected candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of day‑to‑day tasks integral to fertility care and patient support. This includes managing patient consultations, providing continued assistance through their fertility journey, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with healthcare providers, and ensuring the delivery of high‑quality care in compliance with regulatory guidelines. Team collaboration and interactions with patients are fundamental aspects of this role, as is a compassionate approach to delivering care and services.
Qualifications
* Experience in patient care, customer service, or healthcare environments
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and clinicians
* Competency in administrative tasks, information management, and maintaining detailed and accurate records
* Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team setting
* Knowledge of or interest in fertility treatment and services is highly advantageous
* A compassionate, empathetic approach with a commitment to patient well‑being
* Relevant qualifications or experience in healthcare, counseling, or a related field is preferred
