Payroll and Accounts Officer - The Role: We're looking for a proactive and detail-driven Payroll Officer/Accounts Assistant to manage end-to-end payroll processes for the core ADF business. You'll take responsibility for accurate inputting of data, compliance with regulations, and collaborating with finance, HR, and our operational teams to ensure a seamless payroll experience for our colleagues. You will also support the wider Finance team, providing cover for Purchase Ledger and assisting with the preparation of month end accounts. Trust and accuracy are critical as your role directly contributes to employee satisfaction and operational efficiency. Payroll and Accounts Officer - Main Duties: - Process payroll monthly for the core ADF business using SAGE 50 Payroll - include pension deductions, holiday pay etc - Reconcile timesheets weekly within the Timesheet & Payroll system - Upload pension contributions on the Peoples Partnership website - Reconcile PAYE/NI to P32 and Sage. Make payment by 22nd of the month to HMRC - Process all court orders and CSA deductions when received - Process year end.
