The Opportunity
Kingsley is acting for a well-respected real estate consultancy with a dedicated national Rating team and offices across the UK.
Our client is looking to appoint suitably experienced, enthusiastic and highly professional MRICS/IRRV Qualified Rating Surveyor – Associate or Senior level – to be based in the Leeds / Yorkshire region.
Knowledge & Experience
* Rating background for either a corporate, public sector or private practice
* Valuation Office Agency (VOA) employees welcome to apply
* Rounded experience and demonstrable technical competence of Rating / Business Rates
* Understanding of relevant market and local knowledge
Person Specification/Requirements
* MRICS / FRICS / IRRV qualified
* Proficient IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
* Highly numerate with the ability to grasp complex investment scenarios
* Organised, focused and high attention to detail
* Team player who deals effectively with colleagues and clients
* Ability to work in fast paced dynamic environment
* Passionate about the Rating / Business Rates sector
* Valid UK driving licence.
Salary and Benefits
* Competitive Salary: £45,000 to £60,000+ per annum (or more D.O.E.)
