You will work forthe Operations Director within Sir Robert Mc Alpine's Nuclearbusiness and will be responsible for leading and growing along-term framework with our target client, Sellafield Ltd. The Framework Director role: You will have fullownership, responsibility, and accountability for developing anddelivering all works packages within the Framework with a strongfocus on civil and construction engineering. You will be directlyinvolved ensuring resources are available and deployed in providing Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) for developing scheme designs,including buildability, cost, and schedule advice, collaboratingwith our client team, partners, internal specialists, and supplychain. You will ensure workspackages are then delivered on the Sellafield Nuclear Licensedsite, in line with our Build Sure philosophy and drive a culture ofcontinuous improvement leading to improved operational performanceand efficiencies. A key feature of the rolewill be to develop and grow our self-delivery capacity within the Framework to provide capacity to support future works on the Sellafield site. Yourprofile As a Framework Directoryour leadership and management style will be aligned to our companyvalues and set a high standard across all disciplines for your teamand supply chain partners to follow. You willimplement an effective client account development strategy,establishing long-term relationships with Sellafield and profitablegrowth. You willhave experience at delivering a portfolio of projects ranging from£10k to £50m+ in value. You will bea skilled collaborator and communicator able to quickly buildeffective relationships internally andexternally. Given thenature of this role it would be advantageous to have anunderstanding and knowledge of delivering infrastructure projectswithin a nuclear licensed/highly regulated site whilst dealing with Sensitive Nuclear Information (SNI) or similar secure/criticalinfrastructure.
