We’re looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our team in Bow, managing a varied portfolio of residential rental properties. Your responsibilities will include coordinating maintenance, ensuring legal compliance, and supporting landlords and tenants throughout the tenancy process. 1. Basic salary range of £24000 to £31500 per year, dependent on experience

What you'll be doing as a Property Manager at Felicity J. Lord Estate Agents in Bow
15. Booking and conducting property inspections
16. Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
17. Co-ordinating with contractors, to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties
18. Deposit returns
19. Resolving rental arrears
20. Processing eviction requests
21. Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards
22. Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
23. Managing complaints
24. Completing all check in and check out procedures, inc. full inventory reports

25. Minimum 1+ years' previous experience in a Property Manager role
26. Outstanding customer service

Driving Requirements
29. You must hold a valid Full UK Driving Licence
30. If you prefer to drive an automatic vehicle, you are required to have full access to your own vehicle so that it can be used for work purposes
31. Vehicle must be less than 10 years old
