We are now looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to help us grow and strengthen these partnerships. In this role you will be in front of customers every week, building trusted relationships, securing spot purchase opportunities and ensuring Prometheus is always the first call when urgent support is needed. Reporting directly to the Sales and Marketing Director, you will play a key role in driving revenue and long term customer loyalty.
Job Opportunity
• Meet customers face to face each week to build and maintain strong relationships
• Generate and secure spot purchase opportunities with NHS Trusts Local Authorities and independent providers
• Act as the main contact for key accounts ensuring excellent service and repeat business
• Develop new opportunities through networking market research and direct approaches
• Use CRM tools to manage leads track activity and keep the pipeline up to date
• Represent Prometheus at meetings local events and conferences presenting our services with confidence
What We Are Looking For
• Proven experience in sales or account management ideally within healthcare NHS Local Authority commissioning or another service led sector
• A consistent track record of winning business and achieving targets
• Strong relationship building negotiation and communication skills
• Confidence engaging with clients at all levels in a professional face to face setting
• A proactive organised and target driven approach with commercial awareness
Essential Skills
• Proven experience in sales or account management ideally within healthcare NHS Local Authority commissioning or another service led environment
• A clear track record of winning business and consistently achieving targets
• Strong ability to build relationships influence decisions and negotiate effectively
• Confident engaging with clients at all levels in a professional face to face capacity
• Proactive organised and target driven with strong commercial awareness
• Comfortable working independently managing your time and travelling regularly to meet customers
• Full right to work in the UK
• Full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle
