Are you passionate about travel and eager to build a career in marketing? Join Broadway Travel, a trusted name in the travel industry since 1948, as our new Digital Marketing Apprentice. We're an established and independent travel company with decades of experience helping customers find their perfect holiday - from sun-soaked beach escapes to luxury city breaks.
As part of our friendly and experienced marketing team, you'll play a key role in promoting our holidays online, creating engaging digital content, and supporting marketing campaigns across social media, email, and our website. You'll gain hands-on experience with real campaigns, learn how to use industry tools, and develop skills that will set you up for a successful career in digital marketing - all while working in a company that's passionate about travel and great customer experiences.
In this role, you'll work towards your Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
A Typical Day in the Job: Keep track of how marketing campaigns are doing and make changes to improve results.
Help manage budgets by checking costs and making sure campaigns stay within limits.
Update website pages, blogs, and social media posts using tools like WordPress and Meta Business Suite.
Create images, emails, and written materials using Canva and Microsoft Office.
Support both online and offline marketing, such as email campaigns, social media posts, and printed materials.
Use platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok to share and promote content.
Work with other teams and suppliers to make sure marketing tasks are completed on time.
Help the business grow by improving brand awareness, customer engagement, and keeping data organised.
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge Exceptional attention to detail.
Grade 5 in GCSE Mathematics & Grade 4 in GCSE English
Ability to demonstrate resilience.
Ability to prioritise workload.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with a variety of software, e.g.: Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, Canva or equivalent, WordPress.
Experience with Google Analytics or other analytical software an advantage.
A passion and desire for achieving and delivering results both personally and as part of a successful team.
Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent planning and organisational skills .
Salary, Hours&Benefits: £15,764 per annum
9am-5pm Monday to Friday
Hybrid - 3 Work 2 Home

This apprenticeship programme will provide you with everything you need to launch and develop your career in digital marketing. Afterwards, we'll support you to take the next steps, including further training and progression onto a Level 4 qualification.
Your Training with Baltic Apprenticeships
This Level 3 apprenticeship provides the skills, qualification and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective digital marketer.
With our expert online training and one-to-one support, you'll channel your creativity and learn to create, implement, and analyse successful campaigns as part of a professional marketing team.
