This is a great opportunity to gain real-world experience in system administration and data analytics while working towards a nationally recognised qualification.As an apprentice, you\\\'ll play a key part in supporting the ongoing development and smooth operation of our HR systems. From responding to user queries to maintaining data accuracy and producing reports, you\\\'ll gain hands-on experience while developing vital skills for a future in HR systems and analytics.What You Will DoAdminister and support core HR systems.Respond to system queries and support requests through our ticketing system.Assist in maintaining system structures and performing scheduled tasks.Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate complex problems as appropriate.Support our HR Data Analyst by preparing reports and analysing data.Collect, compile, and cleanse HR data to ensure accuracy and consistency.About YouHave Level 2 or equivalent literacy and numeracy qualifications.Have a logical approach to problem solving.Previous experience using Excel or databases.Strong attention to detail.Excellent customer service skills.Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.BenefitsThere are plenty of benefits available to our staff members, here are just a few:Generous Annual leave entitlement - If you work full time, you\\\'ll get at least 39 days holiday plus bank holidays.
