We are looking for a Senior Sous Chef with a proven track record in busy kitchens. This role involves leading the kitchen team, collaborating with the Executive Chef, and ensuring high‑quality food and service.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the executive chef to create and execute menus that meet the highest standards of quality and culinary excellence.
* Assist in training and developing new kitchen team members, providing guidance and feedback to enhance their skills.
* Oversee food preparation, ensuring that all dishes are prepared and served according to the recipes and portioning guidelines.
* Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
* Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering and receiving food and supplies to maintain appropriate stock levels.
* Collaborate with the executive chef in cost control and budget management, making recommendations for improvement.
