About Johnsons Cars

Role and Responsibilities
* Undertake maintenance, service and repair activities on motor vehicles of all types to the highest standard to meet company and franchise requirements.
* Measure, test and diagnose vehicle faults.
* Repair diagnosed vehicles, replace parts, lubricants and consumables.
* Record all service and repair operations as required by the company and the manufacturer.
* Work safely and professionally, operating to health and safety standards.
* Identify additional work and maintenance requirements on vehicles using an established EVHC process.
Qualifications
* Qualified to NVQ level 3 (or equivalent).
* Prior experience working in a technician or mechanic role.
* Valid MOT testing qualification preferred but not essential.
* Responsible for safety, standard and quantity of work.
* Full UK driving licence.
Benefits & Compensation
* Basic salary £28,000 – £32,000 depending on experience.
* Realistic OTE of up to £50,000.
* Paid overtime for Saturday working and approved additional hours.
