We are looking for an Early Years Teacher for our New Options School - Ryecroft School in Walsall. The school will have a capacity for 60 pupils and is scheduled to open in September 2024. It will cater to pupils with Autism and complex needs.

Role Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum.
* Create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
* Assess and monitor each pupil's progress, providing tailored support.
* Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support holistic pupil development.
* Participate in school and community events.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Experience or specialization in Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
* Passion for early years education and fostering positive learning environments.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* The cohort will include primary, ASC, and complex needs pupils, including some in Early Years.

Ryecroft School will accommodate 60 pupils and opens in September 2024. It will serve pupils with Autism and complex needs, located in Walsall, a market town in the West Midlands, near Birmingham, Wolverhampton, and Lichfield.
