Role and Responsibilities
* Role: Creative Strategist
* Function: TikTok Ads | Performance Creative | Data Optimisation
* Primary Responsibility: Drive performance creative for D2C brands
* Reports to: Creative Director
* You will bridge the client and the agency, ensuring the client’s expectations are met and guiding the wider team to deliver growth on TikTok.
* You will coordinate across ideation, creative briefing, creator communications, and final delivery, while managing internal and external communications to drive projects to completion.
* Work with the TikTok marketing team to develop creative user-generated content ideas for multiple brands and manage micro-influencer relationships and brand partnerships with creators on TikTok.
* Lead brand development across client TikTok accounts and contribute to the TikTok creative strategy across brands.
* Demonstrate confidence and organisation, injecting knowledge of TikTok and marketing into the team.
Requirements
* In-depth Creative Strategy – Building performance-driven creative strategies for D2C brands on TikTok.
* UGC Management – Lead delivery of TikTok UGC content for each client, manage creator relationships, ensure KPIs are met, and maintain creator spreadsheets.
* Influencer management – Identify authentic creators, manage relationships, ensure timely UGC delivery, and negotiate terms within budgets. Contribute to TikTok creative strategy for multiple brands.
* Research – Stay updated on TikTok trends and potential new content angles.
* Performance analysis – Analyze metrics (CTR, CVR, ROAS, TSR, Hold-Rate) to drive creative optimisation and reporting.
Ideal Candidate
* Strong understanding of social media and TikTok from a commercial perspective
* 3+ years of agency experience
* Experience working with influencers
* 6+ months hands-on TikTok platform experience
* Highly organised and able to motivate others
* Strong research and pattern recognition
* Excellent communication skills
* Understanding of human psychology and buying behaviours
* Passionate, enthusiastic, personable
* Client management and communication skills
* Self-motivated with initiative under pressure
* Leadership and team management experience is a bonus
