Property Manager
Location: Swindon, UK
Salary: £25, - £28, per annum (with commission)
Bonus: Annual bonus of £2, - £3,
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:45 - 17:30, plus one Saturday a month, 09:00 - 13:00

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Property Manager to join our client's growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of up to properties, ensuring all aspects of tenancy administration and property management are handled effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Tenancy Administration:
Set up new tenancies, including preparing and handling all necessary documentation.Manage tenancy renewals, ensuring all paperwork is up-to-date and compliant.Conduct tenancy check-ins and check-outs, coordinating with tenants and landlords.
2. Property Management:
Handle day-to-day property management tasks, including maintenance requests, repairs, and liaising with contractors.Conduct routine property inspections, ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard.Carry out move-out inspections and manage the end-of-tenancy process, including deposit returns and any necessary repairs.
3. Client Relations:
Serve as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants, providing excellent customer service and addressing any issues promptly.Foster positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Requirements:
4. Proven experience in property management or a related field.
5. Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
