Job Summary
General day to day telephone and clerical work for the running of an Independent Opticians. From booking appointments, inputting data on the computer, record keeping, frame purchases, some cleaning and aiding patients to choose spectacles.
Duties
* Provide exceptional customer service by greeting patients, answering queries, and guiding them through their appointments.
* Keep accurate records of patient information
* Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow within the practice.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a customer - facing environment is preferred.
* Prior experience in optics is preferred, however we will provide training and will continue to help develop your knowledge.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients and colleagues.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy in all tasks.

Pay: £12.21 per hour
