Due to a steadily growing client base and workload, this firm is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor 2+ PQE to join its progressive outfit.
This role will see you working on general Residential Conveyancing matters but with a HNW element, this includes but is not limited to; Freehold & leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, help to buy, new build/plot sales and much more.
Requirements:
* You will be a Residential Conveyancing Associate 2+ relevant years PQE
* You will be a dynamic and personable individual
* You will have strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
* Have experience in dealing with both Freehold & Leasehold
