Salary: £24,000 £25,000 + bonus + benefits
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am 5:00pm (1-hour lunch)
About the Role
Are you looking for an opportunity to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Advisor to join Crown Gas and Power, a renowned energy supplier.
In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for customers, managing inquiries across multiple channels including telephone, email, and live chat. You will be responsible for resolving queries where possible, handling complaints professionally, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary contact for customers and key clients.
* Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chat inquiries.
* Accurately process customer requests and set up accounts.
* Take ownership of issues and escalate to the Complaints Team when necessary.
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive problem-solving.
* Maintain accurate data entry and documentation.
