Shaw healthcare is looking for a Support Worker to join the team at Figbury Lodge in Canford Heath, Poole. You will join a team that is fully committed to making a difference to the lives of those we provide care for. Our aim is to deliver the highest standard of care to our service users and to provide the same standard of care that we would expect our own family members to receive. You will be using the latest care technology that will enable you to spend more time with the service users that you care for. Figbury Lodge has an excellent reputation as highly valued provider of care. The needs of our service users are at the centre of all we do every single day.
Responsibilities
As a Support Worker you will be responsible for providing physical and emotional support to our service users. Assisting service users with washing, dressing, and promoting independence where possible. No day is the same, with the enormous sense of satisfaction you will feel every day knowing that you are always making a difference to someone2s life.

Salary and Hours
Salary: £13.20 per hour
Working Hours: 36 hours per week. The shift times are 07:45-20:15. Includes alternative weekends.
