As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will: Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging and age-appropriate activities aligned with the EYFS framework. Support children’s learning and development, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment. Work closely with children, parents, and the wider nursery team to promote positive outcomes. Observe, assess, and record children’s progress, contributing to individual learning plans. Promote safeguarding and well-being, adhering to all nursery policies and procedures. We’re Looking For Someone Who: Holds a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification. Has a sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Is warm, caring, and passionate about working with young children. Has strong communication and teamwork skills. Is reliable, flexible, and committed to continuous professional development.
