Sales Representative Salary - Competitive Commission Bonus Location - Northern Ireland Contract - Permanent Overview MCS Group are delighted to be working with a leading supplier in the manufacturing/construction industry to recruit a sales representative to cover territories including Mallusk to Ballymena and Magherafelt. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company that has experienced significant growth throughout recent years and is well known for developing members of the team. The position would be autonomous, meaning the successful applicant will be trusted to plan their own days and strategies. Roles & Responsibilities Maintain and manage positive relationships and accounts with existing clients within the Ballymena - Mallusk area. Identify opportunities to cultivate positive relationships with new clients and effectively act on these opportunities, subsequently growing the customer base. Strive to increase market share and achieve sales targets in the region. Supporting customers with advice on the product range whilst offering excellent customer service. Essential Skills & Qualifications Strong experience in sales with proven ability to hit targets Strong communication skills with the capability of generating and maintaining strong relationships with clients. A highly disciplined and organised individual with self-confidence to work autonomously. Must hold a valid driver's license due to travelling. Flexible and adaptive to the needs of the business with the willingness to learn and provide feedback An affinity with engineering or welding is preferred. What's on Offer Competitive base salary.
