About the Role:
As a Production Operator, you will carry out Production Operations with agreed business plans, according to all written and verbal specification, procedure and instructions which support such plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Component Production:
Produce components by operating specific machinery to meet production targets.
Maintain a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all components meet the required quality standards.
Regularly inspect and test components to maintain product integrity and quality assurance.
Machinery Operation:
Start up and shut down machinery according to standard operating procedures.
Monitor machinery performance, promptly addressing any malfunctions or disruptions.
Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery.
Support to Operators:
Provide assistance and guidance to fellow operators, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Share knowledge and best practices to enhance team performance and efficiency.
Health and Safety Compliance:
Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
Utilise appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
Report any safety hazards or incidents to the appropriate personnel promptly.

Hours of work: Mon – Fri 08:00 – 16:30 with half an hour unpaid break.
Salary: per hr
Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with machinery operation.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
